PEBBLES OF RAIN AND FEATHERS

Rain either with water or bird feathers from the roof-neighbors. A tent for keeping toes dry. Woken by crows while they had a-very-serious-sounding-meeting to realize that it was a moment of sunshine, indeed. But only for a moment. Now an afternoon tea with some rays of sun, reflecting like surface of a lake on the wall. Table light is turned on again otherwise.

Have a warm afternoon break.

  6. This illustration is completely beautiful, but so are the words that accompany it. Light and delicate, both are like little poems. Thank you for sharing...you blog always makes me smile and relax a little.

  7. What a lovely painting. I love the color pallet -- I've been drawn to that combination for a while and am thinking of making my bedroom over in those colors.

  8. Ah yes. I saw some long tailed tits having an important sounding meeting the other day. I'm not sure what it was about though. I think maybe something similar about the sun. And whether that day counted as a day of autumn or a day of summer.

And it seems that the table light is not enough, candles and other small lamps lighten the evenings here from now on.

    Dear Danielle,

Sure those birds are having something secret going on. Better to find some seeds for the winter to keep them happy in the neighborhood. (And to start to make them also friends of mine, not only friends of a neighbor lady, who secretly throws a handful of seeds from her pockets while walking around. All the birds follow here. Walking.)

Have a happy day dear Danielle!

    Dear My 18 Stripes,

Thank you for writing to me. I wrote you a little note on your blog to ask you to write me an email for the details. But yes, all of my work is for sale (if still available).

Happy Monday, happy new week of rain drops and their comfort!
