APRIL STORM

Somewhere the spring went. And sent us a greeting of a very big cloud of snow. Momentarily feeling lost on the way to the post office. Sharp flakes from every direction. The path on the way back was already blown away.

The evening watching more snow flakes arriving. Painting with the strongest girl in the world. Sharp papers.

Today the snow is dropping from the roof in size of giants, the sun shines. Will more snow arrive?

April snowy greetings.

  1. I hope the snow melts soon. That is the best bandage. Being an artist is dangerous!

    1. Dear Kathleen,

The snow melts surely on its own pace, just need to be patient.

      Happy new week!

  2. in hebrew,
there is a word for the first rain of the autumn and one for the last...
of course, you only know retroactively if you can name it that or not (the last one). however, i assume this is your last snow for this season!
let's hope my female intuition is right!

    xx.

    1. Dear Sara,

It would be lovely to know those words in Hebrew.

It might not be the last snow yet though, sometimes it snows even in May. Refreshing, I think. All the changes of the weather. But let´s hope that you are right.

      Sunny greetings.

  8. Thank-you for the April snowy greetings, and I like the sound of waiting for more snow flakes to fall... and painting the strongest girl in the world wide. I wonder what she will look like.

    1. Sanotaan, että "uusi lumi vanhan sulattaa". Siispä luulen, että takatalvi ei haittaa lainkaan.

Toivottavasti Saariselälläkin on paistanut aurinko yhtä makeasti kuin täällä.

      Hauskaa uutta viikkoa Jenna!
